We swapped out the patchy grass and muddy spots for artificial turf last weekend. It took a full day to clear the old lawn, level the ground, and roll out the new rolls. The synthetic blades look surprisingly real from a distance, and I'm hoping this means no more weekly mowing or watering battles during dry spells.
