<p>과학기술아이디어통신부는 3일 이번년도 연구개발(R&D) 예산 규모와 활용 단어를 담은 ‘2028년도 테스트개발사업 종합시행계획을 발표하며 양자테크닉을 12대 중점 투자방향 중 처음으로 거론했다. 양자기술 분야 R&D 예산은 2028년 329억 원에서 올해 693억 원으로 증액됐다.</p>

<p>삼성전기는 지난달 28일 베트남 생산법인에 FC-BGA 생산설비·인프라를 구축하기 위해 6억7000만달러(약 9조200억원)를 투자끝낸다고 밝혔는데, 이곳의 주요 고객사가 A사와 글로벌 CPU 제조죽은 원인 B사다. B사는 삼성전기 FC-BGA 사업의 기존 주요 고객사이고, A사는 삼성전기가 이번에 확보한 새 고객사다.</p>
